ST 2110 is not a strategy.

ST 2110 is a foundational standards suite for modern IP broadcast infrastructure. It can provide flexibility and scale, but the network, timing, control, monitoring and operational complexity are not justified for every requirement. The decision starts with the signal-distribution requirement—scale, quality, latency, endpoints, distance and resilience—not with the standard.
